this morning..a divided america on display from coast to coast. this morning..a divided america on display from coast to coast. protesters out in force less than 24 hours after we learned donald trump will be our next president. thousands across the country took to the streets..from new or voicing their opinions. ( protester ) "they're blocking the streets. they're burning flags. they're standing on buses. they're writing swear words all over buses. ((sot)) mos: "something horrific and unbelievable has happened.". in los angeles, protesters burned a pinata that resembles trump..and blocked freeways. here's more scenes from all over the nation.. large crowds demonstrated in downtown chicago outside trump tower. there were also large crowds in

a hearing and demanded to speak to the judge. police told him to leave but he didn't listen. officers had to wrestle the man to the ground before handcuffing him. he's charged with contempt of court and assaulting a court probation officer. election day turns into the scare of a lifetime for an elected official in florida after some purse snatchers target her that's the mayor of miami shores, alice burch, being knocked to the ground. police say she was approached like a gun. they take her purse..but she chased after them. it was dangerous but i had the sense that he was a very young person..and that he wasn't expecting to be chased...and if i hadn't chased...after..i would not have been able to get the tag on the car. turns out one of the suspects was armed with a b-b gun. police took three people in custody...but one person is still on the run.
